Ranbir said that he was not the easiest of children growing up and often disobeyed his parents, especially his mother Neetu Kapoor. Ranbir further said that he was also smacked on several occasions, but to no avail.
Recalling a particular incident, Ranbir said that once his mother caught him smoking and she was horrified, she really thought he was doing drugs. However, Ranbir admits that instead of getting defensive, he simply begged her to forgive him. The actor also said that now that he is a husband and father, he is a changed man.
Recently, in a conversation with News18 Showsha, the Brahmastra actor opened up on the #BoycottBollywood trend and said that it has started recently and not everyone is a part of the baseless trolling and negativity. He said, “I don’t think everyone does. But I have been seeing for a few years that suddenly after the Kovid-19 pandemic, the anti-Bollywood narrative has started.”
After TJMM, Ranbir will be next seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal.
