A throwback clip where the star and his daughter Vanshika are seen dancing to the choreography of the viral song ‘Savage Love’ has taken over the internet.
Aaj Tak reported that according to actress Sushmita Mukherjee, Satish went out to maintain a healthy lifestyle as he ‘wanted to live for my 10-year-old daughter Vanshika’. In his interview with the portal, Mukherjee revealed that Satish lost some weight and gave up alcohol and non-vegetarian food and also started walking a lot to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
“I don’t know how it (his death) happened,” she said.
Kaushik was at a friend’s house in Delhi when he started feeling restless.
His friend and colleague Anupam Kher told PTI, “He asked his driver to take him to the hospital… On the way around 1 am, he had a heart attack.”
The post-mortem was done at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital in Delhi, where foul play was ruled out as the cause of death.
Delhi’s Deputy Commissioner of Police (Southwest) Manoj C said, “Whenever a death is reported, we routinely take action under section 174 of the CrPC. The aim is to find out if the death occurred under mysterious circumstances.” or the death of the person was due to unnatural causes.” ,
Kaushik’s manager Santosh Rai said in a statement that the last rites of the actor will take place in Mumbai this evening.
