Sonu Sood’s portrayal of Chhedi Singh in Salman Khan starrer Dabangg was well received by the audience. The actor’s antagonistic avatar was impressive but it turned out that he had initially rejected the film.
In a recent conversation with ANI, Sonu Sood revealed about rejecting ‘Dabangg’. He said, “I did a lot of scenes in Dabangg. And I changed the character. Earlier he was very arrogant and would tear me apart, I will kill him, this type of character. So I didn’t like that, so I accepted it for Dabangg as well. Then).”

During this chat the actor revealed that he has been offered several political positions which he has declined. Sonu told ANI, ‘Talking about politics, I have been offered Rajya Sabha twice, I did not accept it.’ The biggest padvi has been offered. Deputy Chief Minister has been offered. Many things have been offered but this does not excite me.
