After shooting the last song of Rocky and Rani’s love story in Kashmir, now the entire shooting of the film is over. Karan Johar had earlier this week thrown a wrap-up party which was attended by the entire cast and crew of the film.
There was a glaring absence. Shabana Azmi, who played a pivotal role in Rocky and Rani’s love story, was missing.

A source close to the actress revealed, “After the death of Satish Kaushik, Shabana is in no mood to celebrate anything. Satish was very close to both Shabana and Javed. Satish used to attend her Holi party every year at their farmhouse Sukoon in Lonavla. This year Shabana was not at home for her annual Holi bash. She was shooting in Budapest. So she missed meeting Satish for the last time. Satish kept saying repeatedly in the party that how much he missed Shabana.
Shabana is unable to forgive herself. “This is the only Holi bash at Sakoon in living memory when Shabana was not present. Shabana feels guilty for missing the chance to meet her dear friend just before her demise,” says the source.
