Before his untimely demise, Satish Kaushik had attended a Holi party organized by Javed Akhtar at his bungalow. He had shared a series of colorful pictures with Ali Fazal, Richa Chadha, Javed Akhtar and Mahima Chaudhary.
Sharing the unfortunate news of Satish Kaushik’s demise, his close friend Anupam Kher had shared on social media, “I know ‘death’ is the ultimate truth of this world!” But I never thought even in my dream that I would write this thing about my best friend #SatishKaushik while alive. 45 years of friendship suddenly came full stop!! Life will never be the same without you, Satish! Peace!” while a broken-hearted Anil Kapoor wrote, “The stalwarts of the industry have lost Hardy… The Three Musketeers have lost one of the most talented, generous and loving Musketeers and I have lost my little Lost brother… Gone too soon… I love you Satish.”
Satish Kaushik entered films in 1983 with the cult classic ‘Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro’. He played the memorable role of Calendar in Anil Kapoor and Sridevi’s Mr. India (1987) and enthralled one and all as Pappu Pager in Deewana Mastana (1997).
