Russia invades Kharkiv, Odessa regions of Ukraine – Usky News



KIEV: Russian attacks hit a series of Ukrainian regions early Thursday, including the Black Sea port of Odessa and Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city, causing power outages in many areas.
governor of Odessa region, Maxim Marchenko said on Telegram that the massive missile strike hit an energy facility in the port city, triggering a power cut. Residential areas were also affected, but no casualties were reported.
The governor of Kharkiv region, Oleh Tsinehubov, said there had been 15 attacks in the city and region, including on infrastructure. Other attacks were reported in the central city of Dnieper and in areas across the country.
