Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra revealed that this is the first time she got equal pay with her male co-star for her latest film Citadel starring Richard Madden.
Priyanka started her acting career in 2002 with the Tamil film ‘Thamizhan’ and later made her Bollywood debut in 2003 with ‘The Hero: Love Story of a Spy’. Now, the actress will next be seen opposite Richard in the Russo Brothers-backed series ‘Citadel’.

Speaking at an event, she has been working in the entertainment industry for over 22 years and has worked in more than 70 features. But in ‘Gadh’, it was the first time in his career that he got pay parity.
Apart from ‘Citadel’, Priyanka has also done ‘Love Again’ with Sam Heughan and Celine Dion. Written and directed by James C. Strauss, the film is an English-language remake of the 2016 German film SMS für Dich, which was based on a novel by Sophie Kramer.
