Priyanka Chopra is promoting her upcoming series ‘Citadel’ these days. The actress, who recently made an appearance at SXSW 2023, made an interesting choice when asked which current actress she thinks is fit to be Bollywood’s next superstar.
While at first, Priyanka replied, “Alia Bhatt,” she corrected herself saying that the actress was already a ‘superstar’. PC then took Alaya F’s name and revealed why he felt the actress fit the bill.

The actress said, “I really like Alaya Furniturewala, she is Pooja Bedi’s daughter.” I guess we’ll find out in a few years.”
During the conversation, he also revealed which Bollywood film was his favorite from his own filmography. To this, Chopra replied, “Barfi” and added, “As a film, it’s very touching and sweet, and the music is wonderful. It just warms your heart, and that’s the kind of cinema that I like it. It affects you.” And I don’t really watch my movies myself, but she was one that I’ve seen at least 2 or 3 times.”
Apart from lining up a list of Hollywood films, the actress is also set to make her Bollywood comeback with the film ‘Jee Le Zara’, which also stars Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
