Juhi Chawla on Satish Kaushik’s demise: Saddened to hear about his demise; He had such a happy and mischievous presence on screen – Exclusive | hindi movie news – Usky News

Satish Kaushik died of a heart attack on 8 March. He was 66 years old. According to reports, his body will be brought to Mumbai after postmortem.
ETimes got in touch with Juhi Chawla, who shares a good rapport with him and also worked with him in his last film ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’. “I am saddened to hear about Satishji. I remember watching him on screen as ‘Calendar’ in ‘Mr India’ and loving him. He was also happy that he was playing the role of Chintuji’s (Rishi Kapoor) friend in ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’. He had such a happy and mischievous presence on screen. May his soul rest in peace”, Juhi said.
Satish and Juhi had also worked together in David Dhawan’s ‘Deewana Mastana’. The late actor’s character ‘Pappu Pager’ in the film is one of the actor’s favorite characters.

Other colleagues and friends from the film industry such as Ajay Devgan, Arbaaz Khan, Subhash Ghai, Madhur Bhandarkar, Farah Khan, Neha Dhupia, Manoj Bajpayee and others also mourned the death of Satish Kaushik.
