In an interaction with India Today, Sidharth talked about Hrithik’s character in the action drama. He said, “This is my third film with Hrithik Roshan, and each of my characters are completely different. Rajveer (from Bang Bang!) and Kabir (from War) are two different people and their personalities are completely opposite. Patty, the character she plays in Fighter – she’s made it her own.”
He further added that Hrithik has an innate ability to adapt quickly, which makes him give his all for the role. He further added, “And Hrithik is like a chameleon. He just adopts and becomes that character for that entire year. He brings a certain realness to the role, which can last throughout a franchise. So, It’s just not made for that.” moment, he completely becomes that person.”
Fighter will reportedly be based on the life of Indian Air Force pilots and will see both Hrithik and Deepika playing the same role in their first on-screen pairing. Apart from Akshay Oberoi and Karan Singh Grover, Anil Kapoor is also playing an important role in the film. The film is expected to release early next year.
