The makers flew back to India from Los Angeles today and were given a warm welcome at the Mumbai airport.

As soon as she landed in Mumbai, she was given a warm welcome at the airport by her fans, family and friends. Guneet not only posed for photographs with her prestigious award but also interacted with the media stationed outside the airport.
Dressed in a printed green co-ord set, Guneet looked absolutely stylish. He completed his look with a long black trench coat and matching shoes. Sporting her million dollar smile, Guneet was seen stopping and posing for the paparazzi.
Talking about his historic win, he told ANI, “We had a huge competition. There was another film in our category backed by Malala Youszai. Our film worked across countries, eras… that kind of The love we are getting from all over the world, the film has worked its magic.”
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Guneet said that after her win at the Oscars, she saw the power of storytelling. He revealed that the state government, as a token of appreciation, announced Rs 1 lakh each from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the caretakers of 91 elephants in two camps in the state. It has allocated Rs 9.1 crore to build houses for mahouts and Rs 5 crore to develop an elephant camp at Annamalai Tiger Reserve. CM MK Stalin has also helped Boman and Bailey.
Monga said she is happy with the difference she has been able to make and will continue to tell stories that matter and stories that make a difference.
