The show’s local organizer, Rah Pabla, posted on social media, “While apologizing to our patrons, fans, sponsors and everyone associated with us and The Entertainers Show in Oakland, we regret to inform that this The show has been postponed. There was a flood alert and the Bollywood team did not feel safe to fly and bring their entire team to California. We will announce a new date soon.”
When we contacted the show’s organizer Suman Nag, she shared flood alerts and inclement weather reports from California and said, “We cannot risk the safety of so many cast, crew and audience.”
According to reports in the US media, heavy flood and storm warnings have been issued in the state of California. Over 10,000 people have been evacuated as several coastal areas of the state were affected.
The entertainers’ tour of the US has been garnering positive response as Akshay, Nora along with Disha Patani, Mouni Roy and Sonam Bajwa enthralled the live audience.
